Fork Guards for Honda CB500F

This is a fork guard that I made for my 2014 CB500F. It should work on the CB500X and CBR500R as well since they use the same forks. They protect the fork from bugs and other debris which can damage the fork seals. The ID of these is 63mm so if you have a bike with forks that have a 63mm outer diameter on the body, you can use these too, or even scale them up or down to accommodate. The included spacer lets you tighten down the fork guards so they are snug but prevent them from cracking or relaxing over time as the PLA ages. The spacer is made with internal hollows that increase its strength. You will need a 50mm M6 bolt (or socket cap screw), pair of M6 washers and an M6 nut. I'd recommend stainless hardware and a nylock nut. You should be able to get all of this at your local hardware store. For those with stores who don't stock Metric hardware, 1/4" imperial will also work.
