Bolt one nut onto the thread and slide the tool on, with the flat part against the nut, now screw on another nut and slide the tool over this nut. lock the tool in between the nuts firmly. on the other end of the m12 thread lock together 2 nuts very hard. now you're ready to use this tool to seperate your front forks.
