This is a replacement rack ear / rack bracket for a Fortinet FortiSwitch FS-108-FPOE The screw holes and 19" rack mounting holes match the original one. To support the weight of the switch, three ribs have been added to stiffen up the bracket. You need to replace the original screws with M3x8mm
