Four Person Ventilator Manifold FormLabs Form2

Four Person Ventilator Manifold FormLabs Form2

grabcad

This is a preform file containing five copies of a ventilator manifold developed for Maine Medical Center by Dan Abbott, Heather Higgins and Jeff Brown at Southern Maine Community College. It has been bench-tested on four simulators for over 30 hours and on sheep lungs and has effectively maintained air flow without leaking during that time. Connections are direct to standard 22mm ventilator tubing. This manifold can only be printed successfully on a FormLabs liquid resin printer. All attempts to produce it using FDM printers failed definitively. As a result, I am uploading only the .form file required for printing to a Form2. I will also upload a form3 .form file.
