I thought to pay $15 was for 1 Fowler K5 Outlet Valve paddle arm was a waste of money so I made one (cost 27c). I hope other people will find this useful one day the arm breaks. Feel free to tinker it. I'm not sure how long this 3d print will last. Only one way to find out :). I'll update this summary over time to let people know.
