This is a disassemble Tool for the Fox FIT4 Damper unit. you can hold the compression knobs without pliers, to unscrew the M3 Top screw. Without you might get the OPEN mode to adjust (smaller knob) stuck at either fully open (unscrew M3 screw) or at closed (tighten M3 screw). you can also carefully (as I did) try to get a stuck adjuster loose again. Fox suggests to get both adjusters to a middle position and hold it there while tightening or unscrewing.
