Foxguard Keyfob cover replacment
thingiverse
This is a replacement keyfob cover for an old Foxguard car immobiliser/alarm model that tends to have its original keyfobs fall apart easily. To get this working properly, you'll need to either adjust the model or modify the small projection on the lid so it presses the button on your PCB only when the fob is squeezed firmly. I had a bit of trouble figuring out the exact settings for this. I redesigned mine using "Make Printable" due to some weird errors in the original design. PETG seems like an ideal material for this object, thanks to its slight flexibility and superior strength. When you snap it together, be aware that it won't come apart without causing damage, so make sure to install fresh batteries first.
