This rocket i made up and built from scratch, I guess if i had any sort of inspiration it would've come from the Saturn1B rocket with its individual tanks but this rocket is quite different. You print the Foxtrot-Rocket-Motors.STL for its base as well as the Mid-Transition. These 2 piecess make up the lower part of the rocket, you can make these any dimension you want, It requires you to run a BT-50 (24mm) Central Core tube up the middle, accomodating a D/E motor. You can print the "24mm-EngineMount-Stop" for your ring to slide in for the Motor Stop unless you have a cardboard to use. An E motor is 95mm long and a D motor is 70mm long, so you will need to put glue on this ring and slide it in the bottom end of the BT-50 Tube. Make sure you allow for a Motor Retainer to protrude at the bottom end of the tuibe and i suggest that you Build this to accomodate an E motor, you can always use a D motor with a spacer on top, this way you have more options depending on wind conditions. I have a 3D printable spacer available as well, located at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5115001 Then, you will need 6 of the BT-5 (13mm) tubes of same length for the outside perimeter of the lower rocket section. When i made this rocket, I used 12" lengths of the BT-5 tube and then a single 14" length of the BT-50. At the top, BT-70 tubing can attach on the top of the Mid-Transition do be your upper section of the rocket. I've not gotten into building much for nose cones, but you could use some of these i found: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3044665 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4317027 (the sustainer nosecone) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4326339 Or obviously choose whatever you want. this nosecone i've designed, scales up to BT-70 nicely as well: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5136841 last but not least, you can either make your own fins out of balsa or your favorite type of wood, or you can print 6 of the fins i've included. Since the BT-5 tubes all mount inside of the Base and Mid-Transition mounts, there is a wall that protrudes out, my first trials with this had the BT-5 tubes fitting inside the tube but ultiumately i went this route. Anyway the fins have a notch at the bottom of them so that they can mount lower, just like in the image provided. You could also mount the fins to the BT-50 tube in the core which might look kind of cool. The 24mm motor retainer is not my own, but i end up using it for my own rockets quite a bit. Have fun with this, please feel free to reach out if you have any troubles Edit: 11/17/2021 - I've uploaded some printed images, my 13mm tubing finally came in so i could fir this together. I will be cutting these tubes in half, so the lower section is 9" long. Its pieced together with a scrap piece to BT-70 at the top to show fitment. Getting these tubes in can be challenging. What i did was i inserted all the tubes in one end, and pulled them out slightly more than the one next to it, so it was 6 progressively longer ends, that way i was able to slide the longest tube into its slot, then the next longest and so on until i had all 6 in place. I filed the center 24mm holes out so that the BT-50 tube slid in nicely. I printed this at 100% scaling, but if i were to print this again, i'd try bumping it up to 101 or maybe even 102%. That way the 13mm tubes can slide in just a little bit easier. You would then need to file around the BT-70 fittiing, but that is the easiest part to adjust. I will add more pictures once i finish with painting etc.
