FPV Backpack for PZ0420m
thingiverse
This is my custom design for a backpack tailored to the 28x28mm PZ0420m FPV-camera.\nIt includes a separate "board" that can carry, for example, a GPS module while keeping the camera securely in place. This board snapfits into the main body of the backpack.\nThe rear area features an opening for an antenna connector, which can be used to attach the transmitter directly. Note that this design is intended for a DIY TX setup; if you're using a commercially available transmitter, simply cut out this section as needed.\nThere's ample space within the backpack to fit both a Micro MinimOSD and a small DC/DC converter.\nThe "ears" on either side can be modified to accommodate M5 threads, allowing you to attach short nylon bolts with hooks for hanging rubber bands. Alternatively, you can design a separate adaptor board that fits your aircraft's specific requirements, securing the backpack in place using M4 bolts through pre-drilled holes.\nI printed my backpack from PETG material with an infill density of 10%. The finished product weighs approximately 18g. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: P3Steel (Toolson Edition) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10%
