This is my Video Black Box for FPV flying. Since I had laying around an old display (coming from quanum mask - the cheap HK FPV mask) and one 5.8GHz video receiver (Boscam RC832) I decided to build a sort of ground station for guest. By adding a DVR (Eachine proDVR) with playback it becomes a sort of blackbox to help understand why things went wrong... It's made of several parts out of PLA glued toghether with cyano and hot glue. It's designed to let the Video receiver to be unplugged by sliding so it's possible to change with a better one. I did not desighed holes for cabling and swithches so you hane to drill afert printing. Bottom battery box is simply glued in place and can accomodate a 2200 mAh 3s or bigger battery for hours of video.. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 mod Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.22 Infill: varies Notes: Print everything without supports Layer 0.22 (for 0.3 nozzle) infill as you prefer (for speedup the printing some parts have been printed with 15%). Please pay attention: DisplayFrame is better to print with generous infill. Post-Printing Secure display frame with screws for maintenance.... Frame itself is hold in place by means of 4 wood screws - heat the screws with a lighter and screw in PLA, when cooled there is a sort of thread.
