First things first. Never heard about Open.HD? Read more about the project: https://github.com/OpenHD/Open.HD/wiki Have still questions? Join our public telegram group: https://t.me/OpenHD_HDFPV Or join the discussion here: https://discuss.openhdfpv.com/ Before you print any of the parts, make sure that your printer is well calibrated in terms of extrusion factor and dimensional accuracy! There are some parts intentionally designed with a tight fit. Further, I recommend to print the large parts (especially xxxCase and xxxCover) in the same orientation relatively to each other as they will be assembled later. This can compensate dimensional errors of your printer up to some degree. If you want to build this thing, you need these parts: * Raspberry Pi 3B+, 4B should also fit * official Raspberry Pi 7" touch display * 2x [AR9271 WiFi card](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32954949341.html) * 2x [USB cable](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000285080584.html) for WiFi cards * 2x UFL to RP-SMA pigtails, length 10cm, like [these](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32983322476.html) * 2x Gimbal Assembly for Frsky Taranis X9D, like [this](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32843093696.html) * Mini Joystick, like [this](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000826192604.html) * Frsky Taranis Transmitter switches, like [these](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33017227469.html) - don't forget to order the mounting tool * Arduino Pro Micro or [clone](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32858541477.html), 3V/8MHz version for USB joystick interface. Be aware that you need to solder two analog inputs directly to the micro as they are not exposed on this board (inputs A4 and A5 => pins 40 and 41 on micro) . * DIY short Micro USB cable for Arduino (tight space!) * 12mm power push button, from [here](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32989722824.html) * [LED voltmeter](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000484678860.html) * Extension for Micro-SD card * 3mm LED for charge indication on back * [DC jack](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32732703878.html) or [this 2.5mm version](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32730354185.html) * [DC/DC converter](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32934802533.html) for 5V supply * [Battery Charger](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000215082386.html), I've set mine to 16.2V/1A output * [4S BMS Board](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1000005344408.html) * 4x 18650 Li cells. As I don't own a spot welder, I ordered [these](https://eu.nkon.nl/lg-inr18650m36-3600mah-10a.html?___SID=U) with Z-solder tags. * some M3 DIN 912/ISO 4762 screws in different lengths, with nuts * some M2.5 hex bolts for mounting the Pi and the BMS on top of it The weight of the complete controller as shown here is about 1220g, which could be felt a bit heavy. To make it a bit lighter, you could reduce the 18650 cell count down to 2 or 3. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you are missing something!
