This is a pan tilt mount that is compatible with my Bixler 2 FPV mounthttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:169745 The mount is capable of full 180 degree pan when using modified servos. It was designed to fit HXT900 servos but any servo with the same size should work. I cannot guarantee a fit for any other servo though. This video tutorial can be followed for the 180 degree modificationhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hst0hrpPCtg This mount requires one M3 8mm screw and 2 M2 8mm screws as well as thick CA or any similar glue. Instructions Print 1 of each part. Glue the servo arms into the designated slots. There are 2 slots in the pan mount but only one is needed depending on the following preferences. -Using the single arm slot makes the entire mount taller but allows for full 180 degree tilt. -Using the double arm slot will make the mount slightly more compact but limits the tilt movement a bit. Both servo arms can be glued in and the configuration can quickly be switched by unscrewing the servos and placing them on the other. Place the first servo in the base. connect it to a reciever to make sure its centered and then place the Pan mount on it. Now screw in the second servo on the pan mount, make sure its centered and then place the Tilt Mount Left piece at the desired default tilt. Slide the camera into the left piece and then slide the Tilt Mount Right piece over it. Secure it with the M2 screws. Finally place the Tilt Joint in the hole of the Tilt Mount Right piece and screw the M3 screw through to the slot on the Pan Mount. This screw can be tightened and the Tilt Joint will still allow smooth rotation.
