I bought myself a Fractal Design Define R6 and noticed that one Corner of my Sidepanel was very loose. By further Inspection is noticed das this Clip that holds the Pin of The Door was Broken.

So i pulled out one of the other intact Clips and Reverse Engineered the Part.

The Dimensions are as close as it can get to the Original, so if your Printer is well Calibrated you should be fine to Print the STL as it is, otherwise you could scale it 1% or 2% down to fit your needs.

Its clips in really tight in the hole where it so supposed to sit, and the Door is being held very Strong.

I would say that it even held the Door tighter that the Original ones, which is good for Transport.

I also added a 0.4mm chamfer on both sides to help with Elephants foot and insertion in the Case.

If it doesn't want to Stick because the surface Area is too small, try Printing it with a Brim of 2-3 Lines, that should make it stick enough.
