Fractal Design Node 202 GPU Fan Duct

This is a modification to manypopes excellent work on a GPU fan duct for the Fractal Designs Node 202 case. These work great for keeping the GPU cool with fresh air, and keeping the recirculated air in the case cooler. Where previously I had to reduce power to 85% to avoid hitting thermal limits on a benchmark, I can now crank it up to 120% power with a 100/350 overclock and still not hit thermal limits. Many many thanks to manypopes who did the really hard CAD work. Modifications I made: -Increased the height and added a soft, compliant conical flange to the top to fit around the GPU fan rims. The GPU presses on these slightly to make a seal. -Modified the position of the ducts slightly (1 mm) to better match my GPU (also an EVGA, so I suspect they use the same design) -Modified the duct geometry to have a more consistent wall thickness. This was difficult to do with the full size case cutout, so I modified that to just the largest inscribed circle I could fit. I tried thinner walls than this to save time and filament, but it didn't print well with such a steep wall slope, so this was my final iteration: 2 mm at the base, 1 mm at the tip, tapered to 0.4 mm at the tip of the flange. -Updated the screw hole bosses to be just sufficient to grab and hold a standard case fan screw. -Thinned down the base plate, again to save filament.
