The cutters are based upon the koch snowflake at 3 iterations. I have used my cutters for a couple of years now and the 75mm open cutter works the best. the larger cutter works if the gingerbread recipe is soft but not sticky. It is difficult to impart a pattern on the dough. Merry Christmas Helge von Koch.
