Free standing Controller Hanger

<p>Stop cluttering tables and shelves with your controllers out of your reach! This gadget will hold them for you right next to your sofa or gaming chair. It grows even with your collection - just add more stands later.</p><p>The controller stands were tested with the following controllers:</p><ul><li>PS4</li><li>PS5</li><li>XBOX One</li><li>Switch Pro</li></ul><p>We even tried hanging a Oculus Rift set on the lowest hanger - it fits nicely!&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Printed Elements:</strong></p><ul><li>1x Horizontal Test (just to make sure everything fits)</li><li>1x Vertical Test (just to make sure everything fits)</li><li>1x Root</li><li>3x Root Cap</li><li>1x Emerald Top</li><li>as many Controller stands and spacers as you wish</li></ul><p><strong>Extra Materials:</strong></p><ul><li>wooden round bar: 25mmx2m<br>(Two times 1m instead of 2m would work fine as well)</li><li>Wood screws: 3.5x16mm</li><li>Super glue</li></ul><p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p><ul><li>Try to fit the horizontal and the vertical test elements over the bar. If they don't fit, adjust the values in the OpenSCAD file. Same goes if you are using another diameter for the round bar!</li><li>Cut 3 16cm sections from one round bar. They can be longer if you like, but 16cm is sufficient.</li><li>Screw the end caps on the 3 sections.</li><li>Put the legs inside the root. Mark the position of the holes on the wood with a pencil while you align root+legs on a flat surface. Screw then the legs to the root.</li><li>Combine all stands and spacers as you like. When done, glue them together with super glue.</li><li>Glue the emerald top on top of your modules.</li><li>Slide the long round bar inside your modules and screw them on.</li><li>Screw the vertical bar with the modules inside the root.</li></ul><p>All controllers fit nicely if you rotate the modules by 120°. Double stands will need spacers in between, but you can fit more on less height.&nbsp;</p><p>You can even use the shorter left over round bar as an extension for the vertical bar without wood-gluing the pieces together, the screws and the superglue hold everything together nicely.</p>
