freeride horizon shock bushing

thingiverse

This object was made in Tinkercad. It is a plastic bushing spacer that is inside the suspension 'shocks' of the Fluid Freeride electric scooter. These will break up and allow the suspension to bottom out, giving a bone jarring ride over sidewalk cracks and unecen pavement. Put weight on scooter to compress shocks and unscrew the knurled rings, then gently let weight off scooter and the shocks will extend and seperate, rotate the shock up and away and pull this piece out of the front portion if it is still intact. You may just see crumbs of it in the lower section. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6ql8EiwAclQ
