Freewing 80mm LED Afterburner Adapter

This is a simple adapter that allows you to install a specific LED bulb to the tail cone at the end of most Freewing 80mm EDF outrunner units. This is designed to fit the Yorkim Super Bright 3157 LED bulb on Amazon (link below). After printing, press-fit the adapter into the tail cone hole on the EDF unit. It should fit in there very snuggly. If you're having a difficult time getting it to fit, try scaling the size down ~1% and see if that helps. I recommend using some glue to keep it in place. Once you get the adapter into the tail cone of the EDF unit you can install the LED bulb. For the LED, cut away the yellow plug cap and solder the wires as needed. With the cap removed, the round circuit board of the LED bulb should fit tightly into the top of the adapters. I recommend using glue to make sure it stays in place.
