French Press Plunger Knob

In an effort to reduce the weight of my backpack when backpacking, I purchased a combination titanium pot with French press for coffee. The original knob on the plunger was solid stainless steel and weighed 0.85 ounces, which was a ridiculous 11% of the total weight. I designed this knob from the dimensions of the original knob and printed with PLA. The replacement knob weighs 0.1 ounces, bringing the total weight of the pot plus the press to less than 7 ounces.
