Fresa - CNC 3D

Many years ago (about 10) I designed and built this CNC mill. I was asked to share it (I have seen in the movie of my ThingMaker Extruder). Even my 3D printer was built partly with my cutter. We as the public at that time I had done. The designs are in CorelDraw I hope it will be helpful for those who plan to build a CNC. Instructions The machine is constructed using aluminum profiles standard, commonly available. The drives and snails are all ball. For the Z axis, I used a single trolley, if I remember correctly, by 120 mm. All markings, holes and threads (6mm.), were made at home with just a drill press and chain guide. The turning and milling I had made leaning to a workshop outside (I had the necessary equipment). The bearings used on the screws (1 screw), are special, they work both tension and compression on the outside and have 3 holes at 120 degrees useful for fixing, no need to ring support, (these I remember they cost very much), but are essential to prevent games in the axes. The Y-axis has two trucks side by side on each side. The electronics, mosfet, I've designed and self-built drawing inspiration from various schemes found on the internet. The fairings I had made in fiberglass. The entire machine, excluding the plan of work, I had painted to prevent oxidation of the aluminum. I did a lot of milling, the power tool Kress photos is passed away and was replaced. The work area is about 400x400x110. How to use control software from PC Mach3. If you are really interested please contact me, I will try to answer them. Hello hello.
