Only the champions among the froggle warriors live long enough to become froggle knights. So mighty are these warriors that some froggle tribes have no veterans capable of wearing the sacred stone armour. One tribe was once said to have over one-hundred knights, but most are lucky to have 5-10. With a greataxe forged from the heaviest stone, the froggle knight can fell a tree or a jungle beast in one brutal swing. Unlike most froggles, those with a great-axe are often prone to fits of anger. Some say this is a result of wielding the sacred axes, others speculate that it comes from the trauma of landing so many dismembering blows.
