Wheelchair users especially those with electronic wheelchairs often have to wear their backpack on the back of their wheelchair where it is out of their reach. Especially in school, but also outside of it. The only solution for many users is to wear the backpack on their knees. However this is also a problem for users without much muscles in their legs or sensitive legs, especially when the backpack is filled with heavy books.
