I designed this for a small pup (12 inches tall) who's missing all four limbs - it's super straightforward and the only components I didn't include are the shoulder straps, wheel assemblies, and some soft padding. Don't forget to print the bottom section with plenty of infill so it can withstand regular use without cracking under stress.
