Front suspension mount for Tamiya Lunchbox

Front suspension mount for Tamiya Lunchbox

thingiverse

On a Tamiya Lunchbox the front suspension screws into a piece of injection molded ABS plastic that has a metal cuff and bolt connecting it to the end of the wishbone. This connector relies upon the plastic being threaded and, of course, the plastic threads strip off. Here is a better 3D printed design that allows you to put an M3 nyloc nut in the middle and screw into that instead. When printed in Taulman3D Nylon Bridge this is very strong and has survived many crashes in our buggy.
