Frost (フロストKan, FurosutoHep Jap) is the emperor of a mafia organization of galactic pirates of the Universe 6, being considered as Freezer's counterpart of that universe and one of the warriors selected by Champa for his team. Vados says he brought him under the façade by offering him help to Champa to free the universe from wars, and thus fight in his Universal Martial Arts Association Tournament. It appears for the first time in the anime and manga of Dragon Ball Super during the Saga of the Universe 6.
