Fruit Fly Lid for Anchor Hocking / Pyrex 1 cup container

<p>I recently had a fruit fly problem. To combat them, I set apple cider vinegar and dish soap traps around covered with cling wrap that had holes poked in it. The cling wrap didn't cling well and the flies didn't want to mess with the holes no matter how big I made them. I wanted to keep them covered so my cats wouldn't start drinking fruit fly apple cider vinegar. I remixed @danlg's 97mmlid.stl and added multiple 4mm holes to allow fruit flies in.
