I got some relatively old crank set, and it is missing fixation bolt for the left arm. After 3-4 probes, here's the bolt which fits very good into the crank. Default bolt is M18 for Allen key 8mm, so I made the same here. It looks like the thread is not 100% matching the one in the axle, but it works perfect even after 5 in-outs.
