Simple, this is a side held FSR Mount. This one is designed to fit my frame, which has 41mm of space between extrusions, if you need different spacing then just chop the model (not the center block where the FSR resides), or leave a comment and I can provide one that fit your needs. IF and only if! you find this useful to you, consider sending a small tip (for the coffee I sip while designing more stuff ^_^ )
