My team and I are using a flexible filament called TPU which is very flimsy and should not be mistaken with stiffer TPU. The purpose of using these rather than enraption stars or surgical tubing is to create a better pushing force in your intake system. My FTC team can vouch for their efficiency in doing so. It is important for any teams that are looking to make these stiffer that you only increase the wall line count since increasing the infill makes the flexing of the spintakes inconsistent and inefficient. Good luck to all FTC teams this year and all teams pursuing a design incorporating these.

Wall line count: 4

roof and floor line count: 3

Infill: 2%

no supports

Extruder temp: 240

Heatbed temp: 50

Print speed: 20 mm/s

Travel speed: 90 mm/s
