The ring must be printed with TPU, while the other two parts can be printed with PLA or PETG. If the entire model is exposed to direct sunlight throughout the day, I recommend using PETG instead of PLA. I have created an FFF file specifically for the Ender 3 printer, which includes the latest filament settings for optimal results. This design is intended for use on a 20-liter plastic jerrycan.
