The lens shade on my GW690III was in pretty poor shape. It wouldn't sit straight, and basically rattled around the lens. The original shade sits behind a metal flange on the lens body--removing it requires disassembly of the camera and lens or a visit to Mr. Dremel Tool. I chose the latter. Screw-on shades were not a good alternative. So, a few gazillion prototypes later, I came up with this printed version. It fits well and does not rattle around. The slots at the back of the shade help to get it over the lens flange. It takes a bit of coaxing but it's doable with care. Once it's on it slides back and forth quite well and does not block access to the aperture or shutter speed settings. Removing it is best done by cutting it. I printed mine with PETG. I wanted a sturdier shade that was also more heat tolerant that PLA. The downside to PETG is it is shiny. I used 100 grit sandpaper on the shades inside to limit any glare. This may fit other GW or GSW cameras but I only have the 690III. Sizing it up or down in your slicer should work if it's not quite a fit for your camera.
