This grip does not have a base plate. It's meant to be stuck to the camera with double sided tape, or glue for those brave enough. DYOR for the right kind of glue. This grip only adds 17gr compared to 90-120gr with the metal grips with base plates. It helps keeping this camera compact and way more firm in the hand. I love my x-t20 but it's so damn uncomfortable without a grip. This thing solves it for me. Blend file also contains a version with leather texture
