based on the marvellous work of Greg Saunier https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade i remixed the "body front" to hold a bltouch fullbear MK3, Duet 2 wifi, 0,9 moons on X and Y, stock prusa on Z, hemera (bearmera) with bltouch. - part cooling fan original Prusa or LDO 5V (set jumper to 5V!!!!) - hotend fan sunon 5V (set jumper to 5V!!!!) https://zaribo.com/home/127-396-sunon-5v-40mm-x-40mm-fan.html - original bltouch https://www.antclabs.com/bltouch you can use full Y travel - meanwell RSP-320-24 DO NOT USE if you like it quite, it sucks air as loud as hell (i dont mind, my printer sits in a workshop) - stl for bltouch included, offset is about X+58 Y-10 Z2,5 - stl for dial caliper mount (initial nyloc levelling) included - duet enclosure: www.thingiverse.com/thing:3642653 great design with one flaw, sits way too far to the middle of the bed, if this could be mounted flush with the Z extrusion facing the build plate you would gain X travel by moving the bed to the left - config is set to use sensorless homing and bltouch, all files are commented and explained on each command to make it work with my setup, just read and alter to your demands - i use G32 to make a true bed levelling before each print, so put G32 in your gcode as starting code in slicer if you like to calibrate and compensate on each print - to fine tune your live Z: - G32 - use a piece of paper at around 0,1mm (80g/m²) thickness and lay under the nozzle - set Z to 0 - the nozzle must not fix the paper, it has to be movable, if it isnt go to config.g and lower Z value at G31 - to know how much you have to raise the Z value move Z up until the paper is free, just make it rough and dont overdo it - start a print with a big surface area to have a good look at first layer squish. - use baby stepping to set Z to your desired value, add the value to your Z value in G31 in config, respect the + and - Restart, G32, look at your height map and maybe alter your nyloc settings. Now you are free to use every surface you want, mirror, garolyte, .... and your first layer fits
