Affix the plug and clamp down plastic bag onto breath device. Wrap heppa cloth around nossel and affix the plug to clamp down the cloth Wrap 2 to 6 elastic bands arround bag to secure on head. use only in pandemic emergencies #FaceCoveringChallenge.
