Update: Was having a problem with the string jumping the bolt. Uploaded new test files to increase reliability. Note; If you use the new trigger and catch you need to use the new trigger box and pins as the location and sizes of the holes has changed. Two new versions of the nose for the printed bow; one that is 3mm lower and one that is rotated 2 degrees, both to bring the string down against the bolt rail better. New sight/bolt retainer with a longer reach and a bit more downward pressure to hold the bolts in better position to catch the string on release. Update: Cut and keyed model uploaded. Regular or compound bow options added (Printed bow only at this time. I'll need to work on new fiberglass bow tip versions to work with that option.) For the regular crossbow version you have 4 options; nose for printed brackets, nose for fiberglass X1, nose for fiberglass X2, and nose for fiberglass X3. (or just print the X3 and only use one or two fiberglass rods) For the compound bow version print the "Tactical Crossbow V 2 printed rail 1 for compound.stl" instead of the "Tactical Crossbow V 2 rail 1 regular.stl" I have not yet printed version 2 yet. This is a work in progress and things will change frequently, (until I start on ver. 3) Fully printable, full size, tactical crossbow. 2 versions; One that uses printed PETG limbs for the bow and one that has holes so you can use fiberglass rods for the bow. You will need 2 bolts/nuts/washers to hold the bow in place, a small hair tie/ rubber band, and a medium hair tie/rubber band, as well as a bowstring. With the PETG bow version, I use a pair of small wood dowels for the string.
