A collection of nozzles for the Full Spectrum Laser Gen5. Nutso originally posted these on the forum here: https://fullspectrumforum.com/updated-air-nozzle-wip-t1760.html I've also added one of my own: A laser reverse alignment tool. It's my version of the $40 tool for sale from the link below, which includes videos on its use. You'll need a cheap laser dot pointer. I bought a dozen from aliExpress for $3 or so. https://american-photonics.myshopify.com/products/k40-reverse-laser-alignment-nut I swear by these nozzles now, but it took a bit of tweaking to get them working. I had to adjust the X/Y scaling, but DO NOT ADJUST Z -- leave Z at 100%. Here are my notes: Printed at 100% :( * 100% all axes: Base didn't fit. Nozzle wouldn't thread. * 105% is a very tight fit (for 102% base) * 107% is a nice, easy fit. Could even be slightly tighter. Lastly, here are some notes if you want to 3d print your own spacing cylinder to use: The aluminum original 2.0 cylinder is 33.5mm tall (20mm diameter). That's the one that came with the machine. Red mount height is 23.9mm, so 29.9+33.5 = 57.4mm top-of-mount to material Height of mount with base attached measured 29.65mm - needs 27.7mm cylinder Height of mount with base+24Nozzle measured 53.05mm - needs 4.3mm cylinder
