Fully Parametric Box
thingiverse
I modified corners to be smoother as the wall's uniformity ensures consistency there too. The lid is a requirement. Lid height equals 0 means no lid at all. Edit: The ideal product of wall thickness and nozzle width is an even number for optimal pathing. With Cura, at least with 0.4 nozzle width, wall_thickness = 1.2 resulted in numerous unnecessary travels without retraction. However, with wall_thickness = 0.8, this issue does not arise. Edit2: It appears that some corner problems (to achieve perfect parallel paths) may occur with either Cura or slic3r, depending on the wall thickness and slicer software used. v3: Now, the radius defines the outer radius of the bottom part. The inner radius is less while the lid radius is more. As a result, all walls have an even thickness and the inner radius of the lid matches the outer radius of the body, ensuring perfect perimeter matching.
