This is a leadscrew nut design that I knocked up when I realised that my Delrin(tm) nuts on my Z axis weren't up to the job... Printed in PLA this turned out to be even more fit for purpose than the original as it reduced wear on my leadscrews. This should fit all standard 10x2 trapezoidal threads, That's 10mm diameter, 2mm pitch for anyone that's wondering. I uploaded both a left and right hand threaded version... This model has NO mounting holes, to allow for the easiest configuration from setup to setup, I'd advise you to print and then drill mount holes to suit... UPDATE: Added a version with a triangular head and some mount holes at the request of BioLumo. (Right handed thread) I've dubbed this "Barney's Variant" Instructions This is a wear / friction item, I recommend PLA or Nylon (PLA all the way!) 2 perimeters MINIMUM 60% solidity / infill - though less would probably suffice... 0.15mm layer height or less if you can! The more solid you print, the stronger this will be - though I advise NOT printing at 100% solid, as a certain degree of porosity will allow the mesh to absorb light oils, vastly prolonging the life of both this AND your leadscrew.
