Fully printable TRS Drawbot for SG90 / MG90

This is fully printable version of the TRS Drawbot designed specifically forSG90/ MG90 servos. I started out with the official alu design and S3003 servos but thought it would be more fun to create a 3D printable version, so I haven't finished the alu version yet. After some revisions it was good enough to share here. I've designed it for the 'official' 4 inch arm size, so it is out of the box compatible with the software from the original TRS Drawbot (google it). I also had problems controlling the servos with my regular headphone jack. Instead I used an 'el cheapo' usb audio device (the '3D sound' ones that don't have decoupling capacitors) and that worked perfectly. There is a hole on the base for a 3.5mm audio jack and a small hole for a 3mm screw to secure the marker or pencil. The design is printed and tested. The servo arms are a tight fit so they might need tweaking for other printers. That's why the Openscad file is included. Not much comments though. I've used an SG90 model from thingiverse to clarify the layout, all credits to the designer of that (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:787942). It doesn't seem to fit though, my own bare servo design is a snug fit, but not as nice for the picture. I hate using supports so it's all designed to be easily printable without supports. However, if your printer has trouble with the overhangs for the servo arms it might be necessary to flip the pencil holder on the elbow. I've also added an arm with extra length for possible counterweight for those who would want to try. Print Settings Printer: CTC Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: I've included a bigger base plate to improve sticking for the servo base; had some issues with that, but I think that might be filament quality related. Post-Printing After printing use scissors or knife to remove the excess base plate. Screw the base on a piece of wood (approx 20x15 cm).
