I wanted to upgrade my military flashlight to an LED. I had a unused Mag-Lite LED bulb but I found that the diameter of the LED Bulb was wider than the existing incandescent bulb and would not fit in the plastic holder. 3D Printing to the rescue! A little bit of time in Fusion 360 and voila, a new plastic threaded mount for the LED Bulb. Its my hope that others would find this useful. Note: The LED bulb has a flat end that makes contact with a copper strip in the Fulton FlashLight. The standard bulb has a 'nose' that sticks out to meet the copper strip. I just used a little bit of solder on the flat metal surface of the bulb to create a 'bump' to make contact with the strip. Works great..
