This flat head nozzle can be used to convert a cheap vacuum cleaner to an efficient fume extractor for welding and soldering operations. If you use decent filters you can improve indoor air quality a lot with this tool. Use a heavy weight (lead ingot in my case) with an M8 rod as a foot so the nozzle with connected vacuum cleaner hose does not move during operation.
