This is a functional prop Cobra Buckle for cosplay costumes with 50mm webbing. ----Not for climbing or safety use--- Print out in separate parts and glue them together to get a nice outer finish, your build surface will have an effect on this. Glass/kapton tape for gloss or blue painters tape for matte. The holes on this are modified for the tolerances on an FDM printer with 0.4mm nozzle 0.3mm layer height in PLA. Print time 1hr 15m, 8540mm filament. There are two options for the tongue piece, one with a 5mm bar and the other with no bar so you can add your own cut out for a metal rod. Print Settings Printer: Delta Kitset Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 20% Notes: The little spring pieces are very small and you may have issues with them attaching to your print bed. This may require rafts or glue stick to help it bond. If the springs catch when compressed cut a bit of plastic from the tip. Post-Printing Glue the pieces together after a dry test fit, I recommend a cyanoacrylate (superglue) gel for PLA.
