Functional Model Power Hammer

Functional Model Power Hammer

This is a model I made on Autodesk Inventor in 2016, and I have left it unchanged from that time. The print I made was on a printer where the support material is dissolved in an acid bath after the print. All tolerances for the model to function are already set in the stl file, however I have no idea how it will print on different printers or with the advances in printing technology since. You may have to fiddle with it quite a bit to get it working after printing. I am uploading this after many requests over the years from my Youtube channel. The power hammer dies, ram weight, pulley-to-foot pedal linkage, ram spring, and return spring for the foot pedal are not included due to size constraints. I made the weights and dies from lead, the linkage from wire, the ram spring from rubber band, and the return spring is a mechanical pencil spring.
