Just something fun I designed. Should print and function very, very smooth on a well tuned machine. I suggest making walls thicker on the key so it's more durable. This is a nice example of how the classic Lever Locks work. In the future I may design the lid to lock so you cannot get to the internals so that it's technically actually a viable lock. (currently you could just open the lid and physically move the levers) Anyway it works for now. Happy to get feedback! Assembly is pretty straight forward: The Bolt on bottom then Lever 1 and Lever 2 stacked on top. Make sure the levers hinge freely on the Case pin with nice tension from the springs pressed against the Case wall. The Shackle is to be held in place with the Pin. The pin only fits one way. Line up the Shackle and press it in to sit flush to not obstruct the lid. The Lid slides over the top of the Case into place pretty obviously. Please see the exploded parts image for reference. I have included fair tolerances and nothing should bind up however if you have trouble feel free to sand anything as needed. Notes: Only the Case needs supports. The Key hinges through the small hole in the back of the case. Insert key all the way. Enjoy!
