The title pretty much says it all. A funnel for a Vitamix blender. The only issue is that it's hard to get all food particle out of all the nooks and crannies created during the printing process. After printing, I sanded the inside, progressing to 220 grit sandpaper. The upper part of the funnel was made octagonal just to make the sanding easier. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON FOOD SAFETY. I MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE APPROPRIATENESS OF THIS DESIGN OR 3D PRINTING IN GENERAL FOR USE IN FOOD PREPARATION UTENSILS. I've found that this object printed in PLA is NOT bottom-rack dishwasher safe. It's just barely top-rack safe. :( Custom Section I've included the OpenSCAD file for the funnel. You might want to edit the following parameters at the top of the file: wall - The wall thickness of pretty much every element. topOutDia & topHt - the diameter and height of the top of the funnel. I picked fairly small numbers to limit the amount of time and plastic it took to the print my funnel. fn3 - the number of sides of the upper part of the funnel. fn3=8 makes it octagonal. fn2 - the number of sides on the middle "skirt". Again, 8 is octagonal.
