I designed this for the electro-maker kits competition. All design measurements fit the required dimensions. Both stem and shade can be printed in vase mode. However, neither has to be, which allows beginners to easily print the lamp without frustration. I recommend printing the shade upside-down to increase the amount of surface area touching the bed.
