Add a drive train to your old school Furby! Built for my 1 pound class combat robot ZUUL. (http://kitbuckley.net/?cat=16) More info in the Instructions section. Instructions This chassis is designed to hold 2 Pololu micro metal gear motors (I personally went with the HP 30:1), 2 of my 16 tooth LEGO gear hubs for 3mm shafts (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:282352), 4 16 tooth LEGO gears, 2 LEGO pulley wheels, 2 short LEGO cross axles (3 or 4 "studs" long), and a 1/2" metal ball caster, also available from Pololu. The chassis has 4 holes to bolt it to an upper section; the spacing for these holes is 40mm x 70mm and they were designed with #6 machine screws in mind. Please note that the rear wheels are pretty far forward in this design (almost in the middle of the chassis) so when designing an upper section to hold batteries and other electronics, remember to keep the center of mass forward or be prepared to have a Furby that does awesome wheelies all the time.
