I want to modify some parts on my FuseBox build, but I can't use Sketchup. I prefer OpenScad so I redesigned my needed parts as .scad files. The Z-nut mount is modified from KuchenKerze's openscad redesign to accept a flanged acme lead-screw nut commonly available from Misumi, RobotDigg and eBay. The X-Carriage is largely unchanged at this point except that it is redesigned in OpenScad. I plan to extend it to support better belt clamps, e3d's heatsink fan, integrated cooling fan shroud, and maybe some other ideas. The extruder that comes with fusebox is simple and clean, but it only works with 1.75mm filament and there's no way it will push flexible filament. I'm also not a fan of the spring clips used. So I've imported the very popular Compact Bowden Extruder (which is already in OpenSCAD) and then modified it to support the RobotDigg MK8 gear, the 10mm bowden fitting from e3donline, 3mm filament, flexible filament (aka NinjaFlex or PolyFlex) and the simplified flat frame mount like Fusebox uses. For convenience I've included the .stl for the 1.75mm version, too.
