This rifle is a modification from the Chassepot rifle used by the French Army. This newest version allow the use of a metallic cartridge, it was used even after the first world war but quickly outdated by the Lebel or Berthier which have internal magazine. Finally went through that issue I had with the Lebel locking handle, might be harder with the animation regarding my beginner level. April 2017 Getting back to Blender, made some slight modifications for more accuracy.
