Fusion 3 F410 Extruder upgrade

The stock extruder on the Fusion3 F410 has been the bane of my existence. I finally decided to upgrade to a bondtech so that i'd never have to worry about it again. I went with the Bondtech QR 1.75 Righthand extruder (SKU: EXT_UNI_1.75) I designed a clamp that mounts in the stock location as well as an adaptor for the stock encoder. Longer screws are required for the clamp (not sure what size). The encoder mount uses the stock screws, bearing, and rubber wheel from the original extruder assembly You must use the motor cable that comes with the bondtech extruder as it has a different pinout than the stock one. you could also repin the stock cable but that's a bit more difficult for the encoder mount you should drill out the filament hole and press in a small piece of bowden tube. this design uses the rigidity of the filament to apply pressure to the wheel so if you don't use any tubing it will quickly wear and stop working you will need to figure out a guide solution to keep the filament from falling off either side of the wheel. As you can see from the pictures i flared a hole in a piece of metal and glued it to the encoder mount Firmware - you will need to remove the internal SD card and edit the config.g file in the "sys" folder. DO NOT EDIT FILE USING NOTEPAD. Use word pad or some other program. find the line "M92 X43.40 Y43.40 Z426.67 E190.0 ; set axis steps/mm" and change E190.0 to E476.5. M92 X43.40 Y43.40 Z426.67 E476.5 ; set axis steps/mm
